Who we are

Palm Beach Drone Pros is an owner-operated aerial photography, videography, inspection and mapping service based in Tequesta, Florida, serving Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, Broward and Miami-Dade counties. You can reach us at (561) 253-4202 or dirk@palmbeachdronepros.com.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect the name, email address, phone number, service selection and project details you type into the form, along with which page you submitted it from. We collect this only because you chose to send it, and only so we can respond to your request.

If you call or text us, we have your phone number as a normal part of that conversation.

How we use it

We use your information to quote your project, schedule the flight, and deliver your photos, video or report. We may follow up about your inquiry. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Analytics and advertising

This site uses analytics and advertising measurement tools from Google to understand how visitors find and use the site, and to measure the performance of our advertising. These tools may set cookies in your browser and collect standard technical information such as your approximate location, device type, browser, the pages you view, and the search or ad that brought you here. This information is used in aggregate to improve the site and our advertising, not to identify you personally.

You can control or block cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add-on Google provides, and adjust your Google ad settings at any time.

Imagery we capture

Aerial imagery is flown under FAA Part 107 rules. Photos and video of your property are delivered to you and are treated as your project files. We may show work in our portfolio or marketing, and if you would prefer your property not appear, tell us and we will keep it private.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and project records for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by calling (561) 253-4202 or emailing dirk@palmbeachdronepros.com.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (561) 253-4202 or email dirk@palmbeachdronepros.com and we will take care of it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you and we will.

Children

This site is for business inquiries and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
