Inspections · No ladders, no lifts

Every tile. Every seam. Nobody on your roof.

High-resolution roof, tower, and facility documentation from the air. No ladders, no lifts, no liability, and findings you can hand straight to a contractor or an adjuster.

Why from the air

See the problem before it becomes a claim.

Cracked tiles, lifted flashing, ponding water, corroded equipment. The damage that costs real money starts where nobody looks. A drone survey covers the whole structure in one visit, safely, and in detail a ladder inspection cannot match.

01

High-resolution capture

Every surface photographed close enough to count fasteners, without anyone leaving the ground.

02

Annotated findings

You get marked-up imagery pointing at what matters, not a folder of 400 unlabeled photos.

03

Optional thermal imaging

Infrared reveals moisture intrusion and insulation gaps that are invisible to the eye.

Questions

Asked before every inspection.

Is a drone inspection as good as someone walking the roof?
For documentation, it is better. The camera captures every surface in consistent high resolution, including slopes and towers nobody can safely walk. When a hands-on repair assessment is needed afterward, your contractor works from our imagery instead of guessing.
Can you inspect after a storm for an insurance claim?
Yes. Time-stamped aerial documentation is exactly what adjusters want, and we schedule storm-damage flights as fast as airspace allows.
How fast do I get the findings?
Annotated findings are delivered within 24 hours of the flight. Rush turnaround is available when a closing or a claim is waiting on them.
