When the argument is about what is actually there, a photograph ends it.
Unpermitted construction. A structure sitting over a setback. Equipment and trailers nobody will admit to. Storm damage an adjuster is about to price at fifteen cents on the dollar. From the ground you get one angle and a fence. From the air you get the whole parcel, dated, in one visit.
Discreet by default
A small, quiet aircraft flown from airspace we are permitted to use. We do not knock, we do not announce the flight, and we never set foot on the property.
Originals, unaltered
You receive the original files with timestamps and camera data intact, alongside a labeled set of the frames that matter. Nothing is retouched.
Never published
Client work does not go on our social media, our portfolio, or anywhere else. Sensitive work never has and never will.
Usually a lawyer, an adjuster, or somebody about to become one.
Attorneys and litigation support
Family law, property disputes, and civil matters where the condition or contents of a parcel are in question and the other side will not let anyone through the gate.
Permit, code, and zoning issues
Construction underway without a permit, structures added to a lot, or equipment and trailers stored where they should not be. Photographed from above with the whole site in frame.
Insurance and storm claims
We have flown for carriers and for homeowners. Without dated documentation of a property, a claim gets fought. With it, the conversation is short.
Encroachment and boundary questions
A shed against a fence line, a dock or a driveway over a setback, a neighbor's improvement creeping across. Two surveyors need an hour and a half. The drone documents it in twenty minutes.
Whole parcels, in one flight.

Client matters are not shown here. These are examples of the coverage and detail a flight produces, taken from work we are free to publish.
Asked before every one of these.
Is it legal to photograph a property from the air?
Will the property owner know we were there?
What do I actually receive, and how fast?

The address and what you need on the record. It goes to the pilot, and nobody else. If you would rather not put it in writing, call instead.
